Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property, including but not limited to software, code, designs, and documentation, developed during the project engagement, will be the property of Client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or already in market with some other name.
Client Responsibilities: As our valued client, you agree to provide us with accurate and complete information to facilitate the smooth execution of the project. You also acknowledge that you have the necessary rights to use any materials provided to us for the project.
Payment and Invoicing: The payment terms and schedules will be mutually agreed upon before the project initiation. Payments are to be made as per the agreed-upon terms and will be invoiced accordingly.
Project Timelines: Syscraft will endeavor to meet the project timelines as agreed upon; however, unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to potential delays. We will keep you informed and work collaboratively to address any such situations.
Limitation of Liability: Syscraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination: Both parties have the right to terminate any project or service agreement if either party fails to fulfill its obligations. In such cases, any payments for work completed will be due and payable.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
